GT 5.1 & spektrum dsmx satellites
Something I discovered while flying my TT 325s.
When I disconnect the battery and then connect a new battery without turning the TX off,.....the sat's will be flashing, not a steady light. I actually did a flight like this before I realized they are suppost to have a solid light. If I re-power the TX or switch from another model, ........solid lights. Disconnect heli, then reconnect with out doing this......blinking lights, ........but heli still fly's. |

Wasn't this some kind of brownout detection?

You haven't said what Tx you use, but I bet its DSM2 and its normal practice for those satelittes.

I noticed this on my DX7s, I have switched all my heli's over to my new DX8 now.
