Default Took the plunge

I finally took the plunge and added a .90 size heli to the fleet. I have a G4 Nitro on the way. Now I just need to decide what to get for a new transmitter to upgrade the old DX7

I would either get the Fuataba Super 8FGH or the new Futaba 14SG.
As far as the plunge, you made an excellent choice. You'll be very happy with the TT G4 Nitro. Nice solid machine. Easy build. Pay attention to the instruction manual since some pages are for FBL and FB in the same build section. They also do the same thing for the affected build for electric vs nitro.

Amazing machine, still my "main" machine even with a Goblin 700, a G4 e720 and an X50 Raptor in the line up :-) It is just so solid, it gives you the confidence to progress.

Nothing wrong with the DX7 unless you are simply hankerin' for something new. I have been using a Futaba T8FG Super and have completely loved it. I was JR/Spektrum only...for years and years, but because I switched to the CGY750 I changed to a Futaba radio and honestly could not ask for more out of this radio. A little bit different feeling in your hand (it is thinner and tapered on the edges) but that just gave me more free movement for my "pinch" on the cyclic stick.

Happy flying sir :-)
