Default Challenging Hover Settings

After a million hours on Phoenix I'm managing to produce a reasonable effort with hovering. I'd like to change my settings to something more challenging. What should I change? Or should I stay as I am? Thank you.

Thanks for your prompt reply!
Is 75% a good starting point?

Assuming you're at 100%, I'd drop maybe 10% at a time until you're OK with the feel.

Thanks - I tried 75% but that was a little ambitious, I'm now at 90%.

OK. Together with the settings advised by jbobb1, what do you suggest in terms of wind and gusts?

Depends on what you want to simulate. Just go into Flying site - Weather - Change and create a custom profile or try out some of the preset ones instead of calm.
Check or Uncheck Use my weather to turn it on and off
