i just orderd 2 of the same packs from helidirect. got the 10% discound code too. but they wont be here till next week wednesday.. i cant wait

Hi,
Nice discharge graphs of G3 CX and VX packs: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/attac...mentid=2773099 According to those, in real life G3 packs should last for around 400 cycles until they reach the end-of-life 20% capacity loss threshold. Another learning lesson is that you can discharge the G3 without major volt drop until up to 90% in the beginning; just keep the resting voltage after discharge at or above 3.70V/cell. As they start to age (e.g., 200 cycles), you should start cutting back on discharge level accordingly (e.g., 10% less flight time). Enjoy, Frank |
