Default Ciu2 pc link disapointment

After purchasing the futaba ciu2 USB link
I downloaded link software for both my gyros gy 520 & gy 701
And with the tiny 520 I can easily read all the gyro's data on my PC & edit it as I require then re write back to the gyro yet with the gy 701 all I can do is save data to a folder. I just don't get it one gyro can read live data yet the other can't

Go figure

Futaba has a very long way to go to get their Gyro software up to industry standards. That’s the main reason that I only have one Futaba gyro!

The problem is that there is no way to get user feedback to the Futaba software group.

It's so weird because I can read, edit & write all the data for the 520 gyro yet the wiz bang 701 only has a save feature it makes no sense at all the program is there it just needs a tweek
