Default Raptor 90 Gas conversion kit

Hi all Raptor 90 owners,

I'm currently working with a machine shop that can produce a high-grade carbon fibre framed gasser conversion kit for the Raptor 90.

Top-notch design and craftsmanship guarantied.

The cost would be around $300.00 plus minus, including the clutch hub adapter for the Zenoah Engines.
All you need is to add the Zenoah motor of your choice (30.5cc CY31RC Engine 4.5+ HP just a suggestion) but it will fit the four bolt pattern G260RC 3 HP Engine or the G230RC 2.8 HP Engine

Just think of the cost of flying with 30% Nitro at $40.00 a Gallon that's 5 flights with a OS .91 at a cost of $8.00 per flight and 10 minutes of flying time vs. Gasoline at a cost $.60 per flight and about 30 minutes of flying time. You scale flyers would love this for sure.

But before we can start production, we like to hear from all you interested raptor 90 owners around the world.

Just say yes !!!.. please proceed

That sounds interesting.
It would help to see some picture of the kit... $300 is a little on the high side.

It will be a while before we can go-ahead and produce this conversion kit. There is just too little intrest and the initial cost of producing is very high.

Sorry to say, but I guess the intrest just isn't there.

You should post lots of pictures

No one will be interested if they dont know what it looks like or any of the specs?

is it MCCPM or ECCPM?

What thickness frames?

What is teh all up weight?

those are just a few simple questions you should answer

More pics and info will generate more interest.

Cheers

'Raptor90srandart' has not been online in almost 2 years, so better start looking in a different direction.
I know you can buy conversion kits on ebay from the '*********' but not sure how good they are??

That really looks like a nice kit. First I have to finish my Radikal and see how I like the gasser felling.

You may, or may not, have noticed that the last post from Raptor90standard on this was 11 years ago.
That was

And, according to his profile, that was his last-ever post on HF. So, I kind of doubt PM'ing him would get a reply.

And, it appears that HeliBug has left the hobby too:
Quote:
There are no kits/parts available for sale. I have halted all production/sales for anything related to RC Gas Helicopters. I do not wish to sell anything related to r/c gas helicopter hobby. I am leaving all product designs under "Discontinued". I would like to sell all r/c gas helicopter conversion designs to someone who is interested to move forward with it. These designs comes with complete parts lists of any thirdparty spares/hardware along with material specifications and factory locations in the USA.
So...
But, I suggest checking the Gasser Helicopter section to see if anyone remembers a gasser conversion kit for an old Raptor.
