Default Airport Security with a Nano?

I travel every couple months for work, with 3 or 4 of those trips per year being commercial flights. Has anyone traveled with a nano? I imagine being stowed, these things are fine, but I hate checking anything of much value. I wonder what TSA would think of a nano in a carry on bag?

It's not a problem. I just went to FL twice with my dx8 and nano in my carry on. They never even asked about it. Happy travels

That's cool. What type of bag do you carry it in?

I've done it with one of these. You can it has the pluck foam so you can cut it to fit your transmitter, Nano, batteries and charger. It works real well and protects everything nicely. No issues with TSA.

Pas2knut...at my work we have similar cases and I have looked at them and considered something similar for a micro heli carrier. I joked with my boss one day about dinging one up, as we replace them when there is a little more than cosmetic damage done. He said the next time we do replace one, I can have the discard. We also get a pretty good price on them, so I could order one through our account.

I have packed mine in the original (BNF) box in my checked bag on two trips to China (I bring lots of spares too) without any trouble.
