Default 4400 mAh Battery for Logo 800 ??

I know I am asking too much This is my 3rd thread about my new Heli, logo 800.

This time I want to get your opinion about my battery selection.

Because of my field condition and battery charging problem, I have to continue to use my old Heli, Goblin 570 with a single battery ( up to now it was 6S 5000 mAh)

I know that 2x 7s 5000 or 2x7 s 5500 m Ah are recommended for Logo 800.

In order to use same battery pack both at Goblin 570 and Logo 800, I am planning to use 7s 4400 mAh battery.

So I will modify my Goblin from 6s to 7s use 7 S 4400.

For my Logo 800, I am planning to use 2 x 7S 4400 + 2s 1300 mAh for receiver set. My headspeed will be 1.600 or 1.800, not sure yet. I can fly soft 3rd.

So what do you think ? Does anyone try to use 2x 7s 4400 at Logo 800 ? what do you guess about my fly time ?

About 4400 mah packs, Up to now, I have only seen the following post from @dahld

https://www.helifreak.com/showpost.p...4&postcount=19

Quote:
My XXtreme is set-up to fly "sport" @ 1500 head speeds (vs. the 1850 Kyle uses), and with 4400-4500mah packs (I have a few sets we got for the testing of the XXtreme last year), I get based on the way I fly (no 3D collective pumping, just forward flight type aerobatics), 9 minutes.

IMO I think the 4400 are going to be on the low end of the scale which will make for shorter flight times.

I fly my gens ace 45c 5000 mah packs for 4:30 @ 1850 rpm, taking out 3500-4000 mah depending on how hard I fly.

Typically i'm in the 3500 range. Flying my mixed big air 3d and a little smackish wanabe. If I manage to get into a groove and draw a lot of juice (say some good tic toc walk by's ) , I'll do some precision slow flying towards the end of the pack.

I't could be done (I'm assuming some high C packs of course- 65c ? ) combined with a shorter flight time (say 4 min) of the lower rpm light 3d / big air.

I'd suspect after a while your going to want to get some packs just for the 800. It's in a class of it's own and as you can see it's a lot of work to setup a sharing system.

Martin

Martin, thanks for your comments and sharing your experiences about flight times

I am sure it deserves to have its own package. One of friend, living in other city, offers to send his 7S 4400 mAh packages (Using for Goblin Speed) for testing and using for a short period of time. I will give my final decision after that

My quite fast big-air flying style killed my 5000 40C's so I went for the 4400 65C and will not look back.

If I'm taking it easy they'll last 4 to 4:15 but usually it takes 2:30 to 2:45...
