I have realflight 3.5 and I was thinking about buying the upgrade to 6. I've heard that it will work but some if the TX features are missing on the 3.5 controller. Has anyone done this upgrade? Any problems? Do the missing tx features pose a problem?

It's not really a problem. You'll just have to still use your mouse and menus like you do now instead of being able to access menus directly from the newer tx.

Worked fine for me too. I have also heard they are beta testing an update that will allow the 3.5 reset button to do rewind!

I went and picked up the RF6 upgrade last night. Aside from taking forever to install, it went smoothly. I put in the sn from my G3.5 InterLink and had no problems.

If I didn't know about the new features that aren't available on the G3.5 controller I never would have known.

My first impression... REALLY nice!! Definitely worth $50.

I am running the beta test version now with my 3.0 controller and the rewind works. Still some bugs to work out but you will have that feature soon. For quick select just move your mouse to the left side of the screen and it will apear.
