Default Tail Wag

I'm using a fullsive 5.3 pro Vbar on my 700XX. I have 5 flights on it and have slight tail wag. My ball on the tail servo horn is in the middle hole. My main gyro gain is on 90 and my P gain is on 80 and my I gain is on 60. Has anyone else had this issue and know how to fix it?

Why not reduce your Gain.
Mine is around 40, and tail is very good.

Couple other things to check:

When mine was new it also had a definite wag. Fine sanding the tail shaft solved it.

Let us know what you find.....

I havent read the two threads, but I had a slow consistant wag when I built mine.. I tried a different vbar sensor, tailservo and tweaked gain up and down, but it still wagged.. In the end I found out that one ball link on the tail was thight/slow.. Fixed this and the tail was rock solid

Seems the 700 Xxtreme tail is very picky that everything is silky smooth..

I had a small wag, found it was one of the thrust bearings installed the wrong way. All sorted now.
