Default Meanwell 2000 24 vs. 48

I noticed that Meanwell makes an RSP-2000-24 and an RSP-2000-48.

What are the advantages/disadvantages to running the 24 vs. the 48?

This would be for a maximum 6S setup.

Not all chargers can handle 48V. Some chargers don't give max power (1000w+) till you are over say 28v. So it really depends on the charger if you can even use the 48V.

On the plus side @ 48V you don't need as much current to get the same wattage, which is prob why the 48v guy is more efficient.

This is to go with an iCharger 406 duo. So after having looked up the spec (which I should have done in the first place), I realized that I am an idiot and my question answers itself.

The 406D has an input voltage of 10-30V DC. Looks like the 24 it is.

Sorry to waste your time.
