So a owb cannot be used with a 13 tooth? If so, where can I get that 13 tooth you are using?

Not in the normal sense, with some tricks I might be able to get it to work with the new design but wont be ideal. Much easier to do the 13 tooth without a one-way.

The 13 tooth can be found here https://sdp-si.com/eStore/PartDetail...34&GroupID=346 Shipping is like $17 minimum and you have to machine the top of the pulley down, machine some of the bottom of it to 4mm bore, drill and tap the set screw to 3mm (the set screw that comes on it uses something like a 0.7mm hex wrench, and is tiny), and grind a flat on the motor shaft.

The 13 tooth needs tighter than normal belt tension too, since there are less teeth engaged with them belt.

Curious if the stock 4mm shaft on the Scorpion 2520 would still need the Y motor support.

I wouldn't be so much concerned with the shaft and I don't think that's the intention with the stock shaft either. Rather than that, bearings will probably take some beating, especially if you tighten the belt more.

I got the runaround trying to find a shop to do the machining (for a price that would end up with something people could afford), even lost some money with one shop. I don't have thousands of dollars to gamble on these...

Looking for other options now.

How about supplying a 13 and 14t without owb for those of us that aren't worried about autos.
