Default setting up ar bailout

So i did my endpoints 100-100 on my 8fgs,did my mode 5,set my th to 15percent and after the first confirmation tone flip to th get my second confirmation, get 5 beeps but no ringtone. So reading the manual and it says to set stop full and brake with the card. So how to do this what do i set the brake to and when do i do this? After mode1 before mode 5.

The manuel is hard to understand you dont need to set anything with the card , With the 8fg set hold to 19 or 20% as default is 17 after you get the tone set hold back to 17 and use idle up 3 with a 20% flat curve and assign it to a switch that you would like to use for bailout instead of using hold its safer so you dont ever have a unexpected fast spool up , If your using the hold switch keep in mind bailout arms after the throttle passes 20% and stays armed until you hit hold and 15 seconds bailout time passes so practicing autos you dont want to exceed 15 secs. or it will go to slow start and can only be rearmed by rebooting the ESC. I hope this makes sense
