Default Main Rotor loosing power

hello every one,

My shogun won't lift off the ground . As I apply thottle past 60% stick, the motor seems to rev up and the rotor seems to rev down. I think the shaft is slipping from the main gear as the drag on the blades increases due to the increase in head speed. I don't know why this is happening! could it be a problem with the one way bearing?

Many thanks for your ideas on this problem.

Are you sure it's not your pinion gear slipping on your motor shaft?

I don't think it's the pinnion. It seems pretty tight to me. I will extract it and use some locktite in it to see if it solves the problem.

Thanks for your suggestion.

If it is not your pinion, then take a look at your one way bearing in the main gear. I had one of those spin inside the gear a while back.
