I guess it does not matter the model. It was a irresponsible mistake by the operator. You should never fly close to people since it can fail at any time due to mechanical or electronically failure.
Running into a tree where the little toddler was nearby simply shows that we need to take safety serious.
This is very sad news to the heli and multi rotor community.
