Default NOT Solved. Swash tool wont fit. any ideas?

Well the swash tool wont fit on the main shaft. What should I do? I've got my dremel ready but wanted to ask before I do something I might regret later.

Tool purchased from Mikado USA and it has been used on a former 800 logo.

NOT Solved by heating the tool on the stove. Now its stuck on the shaft after cooling .

Is it the Trueblood 14mm tool?

Must be som manufacturing error if its not smoth on your shaft.

Try to heat it with a heat-gun, your shaft will also get hot but the swashtool should expand more, being aluminum. Enough heat will get it off.

It might be a good idea to remove the shaft from the heli if it needs a lot of heat, and maybee some hammering.

Then send the swashtool back, or if you have acces to a lathe, drill it out to 14mm, check thats it true.

Yes its the Trueblood but it worked on my first logo800 RIP. I think it might be the main shaft. Had some difficulty getting the blade holder assembly on but swash movement seem ok. I just ordered a new shaft and swash tool.

I have seen this before where its hard to get the leveler over the shaft. It is usually a burr on the main shaft around where the head block bolt goes through the shaft. The tolerances on these levelers are very tight to produce the best results so you have to make sure there isn't anything wrong with the shaft itself. Since it worked on your last 800, I doubt the leveler is the issue. Also, since your head parts were tight, perhaps the main shaft has too large of an OD?
