Default JLog "Range Test"

My receiver won't stop going into range test mode when I power it up with jlog connected, regardless whether power is from the JIVE, RX, or both. Ideas?

How do you know that the RX is in range test mode?

I was, up till now, always under the impression that range test was a function solely of the TX. I wouldn't have thought that the RX had anything to do with that.

Wire is connected backwards in the jive data port, JLog or on the rx and its acting like a bind plug on the rx ?, double check all connections.

When I turn the heli on the TX says range test over and over.

Yup... when I zoomed in close on the RX in markkovalcson's photos I couldn't read the writing. I grabbed a receiver and found that the yellow wire goes to the (-) and the red and black go to the (signal)... problem solved!
