Default Hitec servos, G110 gyro and 6V BEC

Hello,
I would like to replace the stock ESC with an Align 35A ESC with a 6V BEC output.

I would like to use it with Hitec servos (HS65 and HS5084) + stock gyro. I wonder if these can run at 6V with no problem at all.

Has anyone installed such a configuration?

Thanks a lot, Daniele

Hi Daniele,

The 5084 is rated for 5V only (see here: http://www.hitecrcd.com/product_file...135/5084MG.pdf).

The 65 is ok at 6V.

So you could get the Align 35X, along with a 5V step-down for your tail servo:

Best,
Frank
