That sure looks like a dirty servo!

What you need to do is get something like "Deoxit" or "Electronics cleaner". Take the servo off and disassemble it far enough where you can see a black and a silver strip. Spray the silver strip, and quickly rub it with a q-tip before it dries. Repeat until you don't get anything off, and the silver strip looks clean. You might also gently clean the brush that is attached to the gear, but make sure you wipe upwards so you don't bend it.

If you don't want to disassemble, spraying it without disassembling can sometimes give you a short-term fix, but it usually doesn't last long.

Default Servo cleaning needed?

UPDATE

*EDIT* damn iphone.. . LOL.. guess I had it upside down! :p Anyways, be careful with your connections... Since my servo was relatively clean inside, I assuming now that it was the soldering that was bad. The connector on the board was extremely loose when I went to take out the male end. The female side attaching to the board came off with ease as it was already loose. I think the servo movement was due to the loose connection!

Turns out the servo wasnt dirty at all... The connection to the board was horrible!

Time to break out the soldering iron but you might want to do something about everything being upside down at your place first.

I kinda thought the servo was moving too far even for a really dirty servo.

iPhones do that. They use an obscure "rotate" field in the jpg specification that nobody else pays attention to. You take a picture sideways or upside down, and it just sets the rotation field rather than rotating the picture. Looks fine on a mac, but the rest of the world sees it upside down. Apple says it's not their problem, but they're wrong.

Yeah they looked fine posted on the iphone, but when i checked on my PC (windows) they were all upside down.

Anyways, went to my LHS to see about them soldering it, cause i dont feel confident... He said to try calling HH, as it was an uncomon problem. He also noticed there seemed to be solder missing,... He believes HH will most likely replace the board, as a repair would be difficult.
