Default Fan Run-Out

I've read about issues with fan run-out with the Frenzy 50. Is that still an issue or just more so with earlier kits?

Issue is I don't own a dial indicator. I was thinking (if it's still an issue) of spinning the fan, seeing if it consistently stops in one direction indicating a heavy point, dremmeling, and repeating. Will this be good enough to keep my bird from shaking itself to death or no?

My last one, ( 2 months ago) had almost no runout at all.
I did balance it but that was all I did.
Very smooth, I think they have fixed some of the earlier issues.

I'm surprised. Didn't dial indicate, didn't even balance it. Did a horribly messy job of epoxying in magnets, yet somehow, no vibrations
