Default What setup tools do I need 7200bx

I'm buying a 300x airframe and I want to know what setup tool I should buy so I can setup the ar7200bx. I see a lot of people recommend the rc logger pitch gauge, do I need a swash leveling tool? What do I use to make sure the tail blades are at zero pitch?

I'd recommend ikon for pretty much the same price it has vibe logging and rescue features built in the software for free. Also setup would be easier.
Ar7200bx will do the job too just not the best bang for your buck.
Also ikon has gov so even better.

Smash leveling tool is recommended(I level by eye now and it's spot on)
Bubble level
Digital pitch gauge
And some hex/Allen key 1.5/2.5
Mounting pad for gyro( I recommend Lynx vibe killer, you can get some upgrades while at it to get free shipping)

It's really simple so don't overthink it,

Any good digital pitch gauge design to fit the blades of a 250 size heli should work fine. I've used the Align gauge for years and it has worked very well for me. You don't have to have a swash leveling tool but they make setting up your heli easier.

You shouldn't zero pitch your tail blades. They should have enough positive pitch to counteract the torque of the main blades while in a hover. You can get a starting point by folding the tail blades and measuring the distance between the tips. Somewhere around 1.5 to 2 cm should get you in the ballpark. You can check this while hovering by switching to rate mode (be ready to switch back to heading hold mode quickly in case your pitch is way off). If the pitch is right, the heli won't start to pirouette. If you have too much positive, the heli will piro clockwise, not enough positive and the heli will piro counter-clockwise. The horn on your tail servo should be at the center of its travel, perpendicular to the boom.

I'm going to have to look more into the iKon, I have a feeling rescue will save me a lot of crashes in the future.

Thank you for the explanation on the tail setup, I didn't know where was pitch when the servo was centered.
