Default how to charge

I just picked up this charging cable. The guy said I can charge 1 or 2 batteries at the same time. Do I set the charger to one cell either way?

If you connect two batteries with this connector you should set your charger for 2 cell. Use the same current setting as for one battery. E.g. 300mA should do for most nano batteries.

If you connect one battery, use the connector on the black side (not the red side). Set your charger for one cell battery.

I ended up just cutting up the new wires and soldering up a single charging wire.. they charge quick enough at .3 amps to do one at a time.

Fair enough. I prefer charging individually myself. Actually, I bought a charging cable for parallell charging only to cut off the connectors. Turned out to be the cheapest way to obtain multiple connectors.
