Signed up as well. I missed it last year even though it's my home field, but if the event ends up anything like the last time we had visitors at the field it's going to be pretty awesome out there!

Actually, no corn at all right now. It's wide open.

Looking forward to seeing you there Avery. I'm camping out all weekend (or as long as my supplies and helis will last). Maybe by the end of it I'll have one or two of the 250s flying again? I honestly haven't had a chance to touch any of them due to yard work, but I'd like to get them going now that the season is picking up.

Just to be clear..... Theres no crash limit at your field is there?

Last year that dirt mount on the left next to the road JUMPED up and attacked my 250 !
It had nothing to do with Dumb Thumbing it... Well that's how I remember it anyway.....

My bag limit is usually 3 per day. It's hard to swallow any more crow than that, but if you're inclined there's technically no creel limitations at our field. Then again nobody goes to an air show to watch things fly, they go for the crashes

the more the merrier I suppose?

Pretty sure we'll find something to mow down out there.

Should be pretty wide-open for the event. They said they were going to be killing the grass in the surrounding fields so it might be a little discolored, but the grass on the strip is looking really nice. Can't wait!

Also, if you guys haven't heard about the pile of stuff that will be in the raffle it's getting quite large. Bring plenty of spending money for tickets!

No fees unless you want to fly. Great event with some impressive flying going on.

There is no fee to come to the event unless you are a pilot planning on flying. They do have a dinner that you can purchase tickets for.

I plan on being there on Saturday taking pictures with my "big lens". First time to this event and I want to fully enjoy it instead of hauling gear down to fly since i'll be flying on Sunday anyway.

I'll be the guy in the bright yellow tank-shirt thing so look for me if you want some pics and flag me down.

I'll try to get them uploaded and posted here or the main forum next week.
