Oops. It looks right to me. If the cage were facing away from the center of the head, you'd see more of the balls.

Ya, it's an illusion, the "cup" part is facing the main shaft as it should. You can tell if you look at the O.D. of the brass as the diameter is slightly smaller at the upper edge of the "cup" verses the lower to help keep the ball bearings from falling out.

Cool. I just didn't want Jitavits to have made a simple mistake that cost him later.

Very, Very, Very Nice! I couldn't stop watching every move, and as you know a lot of people do the same boring things (me being one those people). But your flight was different, good job and as I said before " very nice!".

Yep Devin,

on my testkit there was a little problem with the control arm on the mainblade holder, so that's why i swapped temporarily to the plastic grips, which work flawless !!

and as flybar-les stated : mine is a TESTkit

Grtz,
Dirk

Devin,

Are you running the full 50 volts to the Castle BEC Pro, or are you running the servos/rx/gyro from one of the two 6S batteries?

Devin,

Thank you for the information.

Helipete,

I have been running two of the Castle BEC PRO's, each on six cells, with no problems.

I have not read of a problem with the BEC PRO. I have read of problems with the earlier Castle BEC (I have two of those in service as well, with no problem, so far).

So, woke up early this morning. My funds had been released in my paypal soo...

I finally pulled the trigger and bought my 6HV kit from nankinhobby.com!

I also found the Spartan Quark gyro for $115 on another site. They are currently 30% off on a number of sites. So, anyone looking to purchase that gyro might want to jump on this deal.

Now I need to go find some more stuff in my house to sell to afford the rest of my electronics.

Cheers

Cullen
