Dennis it looks like there is a year-round campground near the flying field. I assume that is where we are camping. I am trying to get a hold of someone who has been there before to ask that same question.
It looks like the flying field and campground are all part of the same "farm".

I am debating on whether to get a local hotel or camp. It sure has been cold at night lately.

I thought about a hotel too, it looks like the closest hotel is about 15-20 min away.
I forecast is about 50 for the low at night... not too bad if you have a space heater and warm sleeping bag.

I don't really have to, but it is an hour + drive from my house. I was noticing the same thing and was hoping to find something closer. The cheapest I found was $54 and is about 20 minutes away. Can we camp on site or have to use the camp ground? If we can camp on site and run over to use the showers, I will just do that.

Philfly , can we camp (rv)where we fly ?
I see there are a few hookups , can we reserve one ?
if no hookup , is there a charge for camping ?
will there be any spotlight flying ? if so I can bring my spotlight
is water available on site to fill my water tank if need be ?

OK just spoke with Alan Moulton He says we can camp by the field but no hook ups but the place has showers
