Can answer that myself. Yes it does, with a tiny bit of modification. Had to remove a tiny bit of material where the balancer is mounted to the radio. But it now works great.

Just got my balancer for my 12FG. WONDERFUL LITTLE GADGET!!! Works perfectly and WELL worth the very fair purchase price. I feel more relaxed flying now. Thanks John!!
