Default HS-65MG Cyclic running unewen and rough

I have a Trex 450 pro with the HS65MG on the cyclic runing @ 6V. The thing is 2 of them are running very rough and notchy. Thinking this was just some gears that gone bad after craching I put in a set of new metal gears. But the broblem was still there. Another thing thats wierd is that at one point(around hover) the heli always fals to the right abit. This only hapens at this one spot, again all gears are good. Anybody had this problem with the HS65MG's?
But there is also this one thing that comes back in to my mind that can it be the radio that has some bad pots. I use the DX6i and seem to recall I also had this issue when the same servos, reciver and transmiter was used in my Eflite Blade 400. On the blade 400 I ran them @ 4,8V
Someone got som input on this subject?
Thanks

Firs thing i would try would be to exchange the channels to see if it is the specific servos, or the specific channels that causes the issue.
If it is the servo's see if they act the same outside the TREX frame. The servo case can cause binding if it is not straight, or if it has too little space in the frame.

Its very hard to see the notchi travel on the horns, But I can easely see it when I take the head off and put on the 450pro swash leveling tool, and run the colective up and down slowly while looking at the gaps changing between the swash tool and swash. But I deffenetly gonna try switching the AIL and Pitch servo channels around to see if it is servo or channel problems. The RX has seen MANY crashes, so it could also be the problem.
Hoping it's not my TX coz that gonna cost me. Not buying another DX6i. If I buy a new one, is going to be a DX7
