Default Since update to 4.07 I get no blue light anymore

Hi.

After updating to firmware 4.07 I got no blue light even if the light on my GPS is blue and does not flash. The unit status in my control panel is ok and GPS status also ok. But my SK720BE has a correct initialization without GPS only. Any ideas? Redone a compass swing already with success.

Cheers,
Nils

I sent them a log/setup close to a week ago and haven't heard back on it. The cases for the 720BE upgrades and the GPS/720/alt bundle came in so they may be busy with assembly.

=]. Sorry Nils I don't follow? Please state =

1, the 720 initialises with a green light or it doesn't?

2, the GPS unit shows a blue led of any sort or it doesn't?

3, the 720 and GPS LEDs are showing correct, but the super bright LEDs are all out?

4, the super bright LEDs are showing green only, or red?

5, the swash gives a pitch pump or it doesn't?

What 720BE upgrade you refer to? Do not heard about any.

Green light only

2, the GPS unit shows a blue led of any sort or it doesn't?

Shows a constant blue light after some seconds.

3, the 720 and GPS LEDs are showing correct, but the super bright LEDs are all out?

Yes, but also swash bump is missing and rescue features are offline.

4, the super bright LEDs are showing green only, or red?

Red and then green.

5, the swash gives a pitch pump or it doesn't?

It does not pump.
(see in quote for comment)

Connecting it to control panel or PC shows that GPS is ok and SK720 has no error state. Log is clean...because of that I running out of options. Copied the setup of a second SK720BE onto it without success.

Yes. I can extract the GPS data from the logfile also and Google Earth will move to the exact location.

I attached a log here.

=] ok will look at the log in the morning, there seems to be a communication issue between the 720 and GPS unit? The data is stored within the 720 memory, the GPS uses a visible battery to speed up last knowns, can you check there is nothing loose within the unit by shaking the GPS unit, some early units had this issue.....

Hi.

There is nothing loose. Everything is at its place. Already exchanged the cable to be sure that there is no problem there but without any change in the behavior.

Cheers,
Nils

=] sounds like you got a bad server file? I have seen this and requires a prog deletion and go again scenario but SK will advise you on this.....

I hope Art can spend some minutes to help soon. My TDR was hold 6 month on the ground because of the Sbus issue with Faastest receivers...and now the same because of a possible firmware issue...
