I see msh-direct had a 12tooth pinion I probably should pick up also while I`m at it .

How has this worked out? Have you flown it yet?

yeah I fly it off and on . I still need to drop the pinion down some and or find a lower kv motor that will fit in the frames and get a higher C rated battery the nanotech 2.65 comes down a little warm . really a no spares machine so I don't take it out much it`s on the back burner the goblin has been getting my attention lately.

Somebody wanted to see my herd. Here they are... one is in the hospital right now with a AR7200BX nerve transplant and could not attend.

Without a doubt the checkered red / white canopy and if you put that on the red framed Protos.. it really can be seen from miles away!

I also plastered a Blade 450X with the same checkered strips and again visibility is amazing!!

Here are 2 pix of the Protos in livery!

Nice! What's the ESC/Motor combo? One can't see it from the picture.

What voltage are you running servos on and is it separate pack?

YGE90LV + stock MSH branded Scorpion 880 kv motor.
I'm using YGE's internal BEC @ 8 volts and my flight battery is 6S 2700 mah.

Maiden went great today!

Default Canomod did it for me!

Voila... here is a preview of the Customized Canopy for the Protos 500 which is on the way from Canomod's production facility in Vietnam. Assume you have figured out that this is based on a flag of some or another country.

Protos looks good but ummm........How???
I've seen a Goblin 770 detonate 25 ft off the ground in a hover and a Trex 700 have a low rpm epileptic fit and destroy itself because it was too light, but I have never seen anything try to dig its own grave.
