Default ProgUnit / Koby 70 and Kosmik 160(not cool)

How can I program my Koby and my Kosmik for soft cut off...
And what V do you recommend to set it to?

I would use a timer for this not voltage as voltage is not a very good indicator of pack capacity when its under load.

It is very hard to get a voltage limit to be an accurate cut off for the end of a flight. that is why the kosmik and jive pro have capacity limit.

i know is the amount of mAh you want to be used, my question is if i put 3500mAh In to a 6s after the flight and i use a 12s setup meaning both pack add to 7000mAh, should i put 3500 or 7000..
is sound stupid question but better safe then sorry....

It's based off total voltage not each pack. So 3500 at 6s or 12s will consume 3500mah from all packs.

Ok, so if i understand correctly i does not matter how many cells i have on the Kosmik, 6s/12s is the usage i put in the pack, so evan im using a 12s setup and i put to each pack 3500 it uses 3500 from both pack...
so the setup should be 3500mAh.

This is only true if you are using them in series. Which in the case of helis is almost always true. When you are running 12s the two 6s packs get drawn down by the same amount because you are treating them as if they were a 12s pack of the same capacity. In parallel you would then double the mah capacity

yeah may be some confusion. I was speaking of how Kosmik sees the packs and you would set its cutoff to 3500 whether using 6s or 12s and it will pull apprx 3500 from each battery connected to Kosmik.

When charging, you would put back double (7000) if parallel charging the 2 6s packs that make your 12s.

Also the consumption is apprx. You need to test it in all the flight HS you plan to use to make sure it is close. You may have to adjust down or up the value in the Kosmik to get where you want the batteries to end. It's been about within 100mah for me.
