Default 100 amp align question ?

I have a align 100 amp esc and there is no voltage at the red wire at the rx. I opened up the esc and the red wire had been cut and there is no where to resolder to. this makes think one must use a bec, like it or not. Anyone???

You are correct, you need an external BEC as this ESC is without.

Some stock kits (600) with the 100A ESC 6S, were also supplied with a flight pack and BEC (regulator) to power the electronics.
