Don't know if 5.03 is supported in Vista, but 5.05 works fine on my MBP running it...

I had problems running on vista until I found out how to copy the Reflex program files from an XP platform onto a flash drive then paste into vista program files. It then worked great. But today I just upgraded to 5.03 from 5.01 and all I could get was the model parameters window. But when I closed the program and re opened as administrator, it worked fine.
I don`t have mac, so not sure about that.

Are you running Vista with Booth camp or on virtual machine software, e.g. VMware, Parallels...

Default Installer for Reflex 5.03 that runs on Vista

The original installer did not work with Vista. They did build a new one. You can download it here
