G3 Photo fields
I'm posting this for a friend and was wondering if anyone could help out.
I got most of the field from reflex running on G3 now . Anyone know how to create collision data and add an object ?? ANy help would be appreciated. TIA Warren :mrgreen: |

You need to use the airport editor to add 3D objects to the scene. Objects can be made invisible with the Render To Depth Buffer Only setting. This way they will be collidable and you can fly behind them.
If there is a car in one of your photofields, you would add a regular 3D car to the photofield using the airport editor. Using the Pilot Preview window near the bottom right of the airport editor, you would place the 3D van so it looked like it was in the same place as the van in the photofield. You would then enable the Render To Depth Buffer Only flag so that the 3D car was invisible. After you save the airport and return to the simulation, you will be able to fly behind and crash into the van in the picture. Travis |
