Is there a Diabolo 700 somewhere out there for the Phoenix Sim? I searched around but did not find anything.

I haven't seen one either. Your best bet would probably be to try to get an alternate scheme for an existing model, and then mess with the physics data to try to get it to match your Diabolo.
