I can report we have success !

One ALign Trex shaft fitted to my Belt and what a belterit is (sorry)
There was defo something wrong with the stock gear after been told it shouldnt move i looked again and the blade gear that i fitted didn't have any play as such but what i could do was push it down a couple of mm and so with a washer on the shaft above the main gear assembly.
BINGO! one shaft half way down the bearing.
I have seen a slight increase in flight time lift off at a lower throttle
position, less boogy! and a much quiter and nice Heli to fly.

I love you guys thanks for all the advice
Now where's that copter x head lol

Don't forget to check your blade pitch after you install the Copter X head and the trex-style main shaft. Some of the distances change to the swashplate and this will affect your pitch range.

That was the cause of ... umm... crash #6? for me?

Good point Karen.

Make sure that the swashplate has full and free cyclic movement at BOTH ends of the collective range. Remember you do the setup in STUNT mode at ZERO pitch, which is at mid stick.
