Default E700 discontinued?

Anyone know why the E700 is showing as being discontinued through Tower? Its a bummer cause I just got one for my son and its awesome. It was not out very long. Is there some problem with it that I am not aware of? Thanks for any info that anyone may have.

Most of the parts in the v2 are the same as the v1. I don't think it'll be worth upgrading unless you have a part failure or crash though. There will be an optional larger tail gear ratio that's going to be well worth upgrading if you like lower head speeds. There's also going to be a 15mm boom stretch kit if you prefer larger main blades.

My E700 ordered and purchased late February 2014 in Germany has included the new V2 head parts. The only Advantage of E700 V2 is a new canopy design and Auto Rotation gear. DonŽt Need the Stretch kit cause the weight Limit for "wild flying" in Germany is 5 kilograms (I reach it with 5.000mAh SLS 30C batteries).

Its not only the E700. Its the G4.1 as well.

Its a really well built model. Yet TT pulls it from the lineup. WHY ??

If anyone is going to be at IRCHA, they should stop by and ask whats going on.
