Default 64T front pulley for Lepton (Version 2)

I have received 2 pcs of my 64T version 2. This one looks much better version 1 and it will insert into the frame easily because it has no bottom rim.

Hey Qooo, I have been following your thread on RR and this new Lepton pulley looks awesome. Could you let everyone know here on HF how it performs and what the price is if you can get a bunch of us Lepton flyers on the order list?

Cheers
Blik

All my batteries are dead in the movie. I am planning to invest a new set of batteries now.

Normally, with 6s1p 2000mah, I can fly 4mins just doing tictocs ... now ... all my batteries can only run for 3mins, otherwise it will be over discharged.

My setup in movie:
Hacker A30-12XL,
19T Pinion gear,
64T front pulley, 14T tail pulley, 1:4.57 tail ratio.
70MM CF from Readyheli
GY611 + 251BLS
Standard short boom
JR3405 CCPM servos
DX7 + AR6100 RX
Jeti Spin 66 ESC, built-in BEC 5.5V
6S1P 2000mah

Spin66 setup
Constant 3D Gov : HS 2650rpm = TS 12114rpm
Max RPM record : HS 2920rpm = TS 13348rpm

The 1st tail servo I used was S9254 + 401 which worked great with 56T a year ago.
If you use S9254 + 401 with 64T front pulley, I think you surely will get much better tail authority.

Any flight report updates on the 64t front pulley? How does it fly? Does it give the Lepton the tail authority it was lacking?

I got one off Qooo a few weeks ago, he had some made up, maybe PM him or try RunRyder. And if your reading Qooo sorry I havn't got back too you about how it's been going, anyhow it's been flying really well. I've been able too drop the headspeed down to around 2800 and the tail holds as good as, even better than when head speed was at 3000 without new pully. There's a bit more of a whine sound and the booms a couple of mm shorter but it's a very good part and would recommend it to anyone. With this and my new Hyperion G3 VX packs the Lepton's flying best ever, thanks Qooo.
