What Hobby King brushless Motor for .15 Kaos

I am scratch building a .15 size Kaos from some plans I found a RC groups I would like to use my older trex 450 battery packs(3s 2200ma) to power this bird and need help choosing the appropriate turnigy motor and esc. I was thinking of A Tr 35-30 1100 kv or 28-30b 1050 kv motor. I am not really good with electric motors yet and have been relying on align kit combos for my electric aircraft. This will be my first electric plane. Thanks Robert
