Don't have a picture, but I'm loving mine. Currently 5 TT helis flying and this is my favorite. Using spin red tip 800's, and 120mm tailblades, plus a tail speedup gear That Benario makes. I run lower revs than is the norm, hence the tail speedup. It's smooth and precise, plenty of power and I'm just using 12S, and flights are long. With a mix of smooth 3D and some high speed flying my telemetry alarm for 4000mah capacity usage generally alerts me between 12 and 14 minutes. 400kv motor, 11/115 gearing, and 1100/1400/1600 flight modes. Can do smooth 3D at 1100 for an eternity, with telemetry indicating 8 to 10 amps stationary, less than 30 peaks and average in the low teens.Current higher of course in the other modes, but peaks for an entire flight never record 100,.. most flights under 90 peak. gps telemetry sensor showed a very surprising 106mph downwind at 1600. Adjusting for wind, probably low to mid 90mph range, which is still quite quick for a sport and smooth 3D machine. My only complaint is that my setup is too light. 12S 30C lightweight packs, smaller motor than most use, and using BEC so no rx battery, it's extremely light. While this is great for 99% of the flying, it's a bit more difficult to spin the blades up if you slow them down doing things in autorotation. Just no mass to store energy. It does auto better than my other machines and has tons of energy at the bottom, it's just a bit more difficult to spin up in the auto if you slow the blades down. I could add another pound or two of weight so it would be like everyone else's, but that just wouldn't be right <G>.

Soon!

I just bought one and am in the process of assembling it (mainly trying to figure out where to mount the electronics). Then I need to figure out how to haul it. I'm actually not sure if it will fit in my car, LOL!

Yes the hauling around an issue for me as I cant store it in my car permanently. I have to fold one of the rear seats forward as the heli even canopy off is 120mm to wide for my subaru wagon so for me it will be a weekend only flyer 90% of the time.

That's good to know. I was wondering how much collective and cyclic pitch to run.

Edge 813.

Also, did you guys need to shorten your motor shaft in order to clear the battery packs? My Scorpion 5035 shaft sticks out quite a bit (~14mm) beyond the motor mount counter bearing.

No cutting of shaft here, but I'm using the hacker Turnado and 12S, (motor close to half a pound lighter, less battery weight also,.. it's kind of a feather <G>)

I'm going 14s with a 380kV motor, 12T/111T, and a Kosmik 200, looking for around 1800-1900 RPM.

I have this exact setup and love it. Head speed comes out exactly where you are targeting, 1900 and some change.

Sweet! I'm going to have some time this weekend to refocus on the E820 build. Really looking forward to flying this (enormous) thing.

Will do. I kind of got side tracked with some motor issues on my 7HV as well regular family stuff, but hopefully I can get back on it soon. I've got all the pieces now, so I need to get to it.

Here's my E820 along side a N820! My spec is Xera 4530-500 motor on 12s, Kosmik 160, Savox HV servos, 12t pinion & 111t main gear, Align 780 mains & NHP 120 tails, was using NHP 800 mains but the Align 780's have transformed the heli imo. Im running it at 1850 hs and getting 4 mins 30 secs on 4400 packs but have some 5500 arrived this morning so should be closer to 6 mins now which is great for a 800 heli on 12s.
I also stuck the Kosmik up front but extended the wires (thanks Maj) so that you can still load/connect the packs from the rear so can leave the canopy on, works great like this.
N820 is also amazing, Maj is running a 120 SRX in there and is super impressive.
