Default Logo 600 SX bouncy tail

Me and my friend brought 2 logo 600 SX (one is built and we are test flying it)

We have a tail issue though that we cant resolve

The tail on take of has a wag not massive but its certainly not locked in.

When you push the model it wags out of control so clearly not flyible.

The logo 600 SX setup is

Logo 600 SX
Align 800MX 520KV on 12S
Align HV servos
Castle Edge 120 HV
12T Pinion
Target headspeed 2100-2300
Gyrhpon Bec 75

We have tried EVERYTHING we can think of to fix it this includes

Govnour on/off
changing headspeed values (curently testing around 2100-2200)
Changed Gyro from BeastX to GPRO (same issue)
Changed Servos from HV to non HV
Changed tail servo to BK7005HV and back to Align HV (same issue)
Loosend belt and tight belt
rebuilt entire tail, loose grips and tight grips
Different Gyro tail gains
Adjust tail rod length
adjusted horn sizes and holes

No matter what config we try it always has a wag which when flying goes nuts, even when we auto rotate the wag is there

Has anyone any idea or can point us in the right direction, we are avid heli builders but this one is getting the better of us......

Default Logo 600 SX bouncy tail

Tail gain too high, but you tried lower gains

Binding in the tail control linkage, be sure the movement of the tail control slider is glass smooth. Usually this kind of wag doesn't change much when you apply tail inputs

Bad servo, but you tried two

Tail blades, one or both on backwards,

Default Headache

Checked control rod all sliders are nice and free no binding or free movement anywhere on tail.

Is the tail bouncing up and down? Or are you getting a constant slow wag that is quite visible?

Constant slow wag that is very visible. Bounces one foot left and right! Any adjustments we did just make it wag faster or slower

Make sure the tail box is perfectly square. Sometimes this requires shims.
Make sure the tail grips are smooth. Pull them outward and twist them.
Make sure the servo tail rod guide is not over tight.

Tried all that pulling tail blade grips apart and twisting and checked all links 100 times checked all bearings. This is new model and all slides smooth as silk very easy. Had this issue with other Helis and most of the time it was one of the mentioned above(something binding or loose) this is absolute different story, just can't figure it out

Yep sound like some binding in the tail. Tail needs to move like there is nothing there and absolutely no stick/slip anywhere as you stroke the tail from limit to limit. Next major cause is bad tail grip bearings..

There might be some plastic flashing inside the tail grips. I would scrape them out lightly. Re-seat those bearings.

I always use "dry fluid heli' on anything ( but NOT one way bearings) like liknk balls, tail shaft, main shaft, swash. It doesn't get stuff.

Using oils and greases attracts dirt, and gets sticky when it gets cold, as you've discovered

Bacon grease? Seriously?
