My 550 has been a tank for the last 18 months. It was down for a while cause my motor bearings wore out, but got her back in the air this month. I have spares, and hopefully if I'm missing parts I can find something on ebay.

I have been collecting parts for the last year. I have not seen much on ebay. I have had mine since January 2009 and I still love it.

Just did a small flight in the yard. Mightythor gave me a Velocity50 elevator arm to replace the old style failure prone one. Major surgery to put it on, but it works great.

He is selling an airframe or two's worth of parts. . Check it out.

I just looked at my O550. I should take it out this weekend, but I have to work.
Seems like there is always an excuse.

I took it to IRCHA with me, but it stayed in the car.
After watching everyone else fly I did not want to embarrass myself.

its kind of like watching Eddie VanHalen play his guitar, then you strum the 6 cords you know and put your guitar down..

Took the maingear out of mine to get some tail pulley measurements this summer and it just sits there partially disassembled. Been working on my full size cars(not RC) this summer.

His classified on this site states that it has a "PU tail rotor drive belt". What is a PU tail drive belt?

Ohhh, that makes sense. I havent used an outrage belt on mine since I made new pulleys for it in 2009. I use the wider Raptor 30 belt or 1/4" Bando belts from Sdp

So I recently got back into flying. Pulled my O550 off the shelf and went through it. Had a brand new orange translucent belt for it new in the box. It broke about 2 mins into the maiden. Where can I get a belt?
