What's slop (or lack of it) like on the washout arms and other parts with bearings?
I am building a 550 V2. It is my first build - ever.
I did run into two issues.

ONE - The main shaft did not want to slip into the third bearing on the bottom. A little sideways force on the shaft was needed to force it to go in.
I figured out that the holes drilled on one of the carbon side frames were just slightly off ( about a quarter (1/4) of a mm). Not all the holes, just that single set of holes for the third bearing mount.
So - I got out a file, and elongated the two holes slightly in the direction I needed them to go.

TWO - The motor mount plainly has slots with a 25 mm separation (good for a M3 x 25 motor mount pattern). However - the kit supplied me with M4 sized motor screws.
I ordered a set of high strength M3x8 socket screws.

Everything else - has gone together, with perfect precision as far as I can tell.
