Throttle only engages once

I just bought a Nano CPX and a Spektrum DX6. I programmed it according to the thread that someone made for the new 2014 DX6. I'm fairly new to heli's but when I take the nano off of hold and push throttle up it will do it fine but only once. If I bring the throttle down to zero it will no longer throttle after that and the blue LED flashes rapidly. after that, It will only cycle the pitch but will no longer throttle up until I pull the battery and plug it back in.

Did I possible not program something right?

Found it on another forum. Forgot to hold the rudder to the right while binding

this should be a sticky! I bought one today and freaked because some sites indicated it was a dead board but in reality I probably didn't read the instructions carefully enough
