We have 18 scheduled Saturday night indoor fly-in events beginning November 1, 2014 at Roundtripper Sports Academy (RSA) in Westfield, Indiana. RSA is an indoor baseball practice facility with a very spacious flying area at 130' x 150' x 35'. The ground surface at RSA is comprised of artificial grass. Below are two videos from last season to give you an idea facility's size and overall environment.

This season's pilot fee is $10.00 per fly-in. Spectators and pilots under under the age of 10 years old are free. Newbies are also welcomed! No AMA is required to fly. Electric airplanes and electric helis (450 size and under) only.

Starting times will vary from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Starting times will be emailed 1 to 2 days prior to each fly-in. Please email me at nance_jim@yahoo.com or PM me to be placed on starting time email notification list. As in past years, we are allowed to fly as late as we choose each Saturday night. See schedule below. We look forward to another successful indoor flying season!

We open the indoor flying season tomorrow night at 9:00 pm. Please keep in mind that we can fly as late as we choose and typically there are pilots flying as late as 2:00 am and sometimes later. See you tomorrow night!

Currently, the starting time for tomorrow night’s (Nov 8) indoor fly-in is 9:00 pm. However, there is a possibility that we can start at 8:00 pm…though I won’t officially know the starting time until around 7:00 pm. If we can start earlier, I will send an email indicating so around 7:15 pm. If I don’t send an email, then the starting time is as currently planned...9:00 pm. Thanks.

Saturday night's (November 15) indoor fly-in begin will began anywhere from 8:30 to 9:00 pm. I apologize for not having the starting time nailed down to the minute. The facility is reserved until 9:00 pm by a baseball team. The team ended their practice early last Saturday at 8:30 pm and it's possible this could be the case this Saturday, as well. Though the best I can do is to say we will gain possession of the facility somewhere between 8:30 and 9:00 pm.

Tonight's (Dec 6) indoor fly-in begins somewhere between 8:30 - 9:00 pm, depending on when the baseball team renting the facility ends practice.

To anyone who is reading the forums in the Indy area and hasn't been out to the Saturday Night Fly-in, you should definitely stop by and visit! Lots of friendly pilots of all ages and skill levels attend, and there are usually folks still flying until 2 at night or later. It's a great time. Thank you Jim for hosting.
