Default One-way hub shot, MX400 Pro

The autorotation hub on my heli broke today. The motor will spin the main gear but not the bottom one. Has anyone had this go out on them? I've ordered replacements from Tower, but not sure if they will last.

Mine just went out today. Just finished rebuilding after a wreck and the center of the main gear looks like it melted or something. I'm wondering if I assembled it wrong. For some reason, I could not fit the small silver ring/washer between the top of the main gear and the lower bearing that the main shaft goes through.

Could I have put the gear set together wrong?...Before installing, put the gears on the main shaft, put in the bolt through the smaller gear and mainshaft on the bottom, then made sure that the lower gear only turned when spinning the main gear clockwise like the blades would rotate.

Your steps are correct but you have to place the washer on the main shaft above the main gear.
