I made up some new TREX 500 locks based on my TREX 450 designs. It locks it like a rock. I know it works well on my 500 head so I'm looking for other opinions.

I just ordered one of these (plastic seesaw) to the UK, can't wait to get it here, they do sell them here in the same format a little cheaper at around £6 but they don't look as good and fancied something different.
Good work Rick, ever thought of doing the little ones that you jam between the grip and the seesaw? Rectangular in shape and you could make one side fit the plastic seesaw and the other side fit the metal then if we upgrade our parts it'll still work

I made some like that for the 450 size heli, but even those had to be a bit unique for each head. Overall, I was much happier with this design and how well it locks and stays in place. Let me know how you like it.
