Default Some questions....

I am a sport flyer, and for the most part I fly at 1650 head speed. My FC gain is 55 and my heli flies great - bar the piro issue. Do you guys think in the future when gain from the TX works, I could 'switch' FC gain when switching modes? IE... IDL1 - 55 IDL2 -52 etc? And a last thought, during autos would a lower FC gain or off be better?

Question #1 - Yes. I run pretty hard dampening in my head and at lower rpms I was getting a wobble at the 51FC I run in IDLE1 and IDLE2. I used a mix to drop the FC to 40 in normal mode and it took care of it. It also made take-offs smoother on concrete when the skids are chattering and pissing off the gyros.

Question #2 - Lower is better. I wouldn't turn it completely off as it might be a bit twitchy but the exact same situation applies as above.

Autos are woofy now with the FC set with the GVIEW, I was switching gain with FMOD and especially in TH.....so I too hope CY fixes piro and AUX settings.....will make things very nice.
