Got another problem . This is the first time i have used align servos. I heard there noisy, but mine are making weird noises, especially the pitch and aileron.

Probably not the best thing to do to your servos all the time there, Sladex.
Anyway, I thought I heard a clicking sound with the Ail?

BTW
The noise people are referring to are when the servos are 'live'.
Being digital they are always trying to correct to centre with minute changes which is why you hear 'buzzing'.
Some questions to ask yourself.....

Do they move 'smoothly' when powered eg no binding or rough, jumpy movement throughout throw range?
Do they 'sound' ok when powered eg. No clicking or notchy sounds through the throw range?

The servos work perfectly when its powered up. I can still here the clicking noise especially when i move the aileron all the way to the right.

Sounds as though you've perhaps got some broken gear teeth.
This could've happened when you got the swash links mixed up and broke your link.

Best to pull the case off the servo and check. It may work fine for a while but you defo don't want it locking inflight. Don't ask, I know!

Have a look on HF or google for tutorial on servos( ds610s right? )if you don't know how

The aileron side seems ok. If i move the servo without the top on i cant hear the noise. Maybe i had a bad fitting?

Just did a power up test without the cover on the aileron side. Worked perfect. Didnt hear the noise no more. Onto the pitch side

Every single time I blew 610 gears (and there were a number of them!) it was the main output gear - one with the bearing. It can look pretty subtle and still be able to slip, but if you don't feel anything when the are powered up and working against resistance, then you are probably OK.
