I just sent an email based on the sticky of the same title and got this:

An update. Wonderful, no service in north America that promises a nice turn around time!!! I think I will use a buffer pack to initiate and make sure I get the new version if I buy an other one. This better be a great ESC.

This is alarming. I sent my HeliJive to Charles on 8/28 and they received it on 8/31. He hasn't responded to any PMs or emails since then. So I don't know if he even sent it on to Germany.

When I sent an email to Charles @ kontronik, they already had control of that email account unbeknownst to me. And they never answered to that email. So I'm not too hopeful that they will respond. I just want my HeliJive fixed and sent back to me even if I have to pay a repair fee.

What is the average turn around time? Wanting to send my Jive Pro in so I can get a newer model without the start up bug. Something tells me it'll take a fair bit..

This is not true. Kontronik has been dealing with Sobek for many years. The industrial sector shares the name for business purposes, but as far as Kontronik as a whole is concerned they maintain their own management team and control their own direction.

I do not, read the news text on Kontrol-X. I apologize for the screen shot.
(Have you ever heard of the commercial register?)

I do not understand where ever would be the problem. It does not care who is a shareholder.
Kontronik + Sobek Drives is under new management. This obviously has its own strategic or tactical ideas, see distribution in US, - the occasion. This is quite normal.
I never said a negative word, quite the opposite: I draw hope from it, that improvement occurs. Fixing of the hardware design flaw seems to be a sign.

OK, Richard, I'm going to not impose you the burden of aggressive defense anymore. I will not post in this board anymore even not on questions about our (R2) products. I promise it, faithfully! (I know, I am the "enemy" )

How did you come to this conclusion based on the Kontronik response? That's doesn't seem to be what the email is saying. Sounds like everything in the US goes to Indiana.
