500X boom mount pulley
Had to swap out one side of the boom mount. How do I extract the pulley from the old mount? Seems to be stuck in there.
Thx

Maybe try using a hair dryer to warm up the plastic? It might make it expand enough to slide out the pulley.

Omg. I’m an idiot. There’s another screw you have to take out. Duh.

How are the bearings in the pulley? They tend to go out pretty quickly.

When you put it back together, you may want to replace the original belt tensioner washer. Given that its too thin and gets (sucked-in) eventually.
Mine got sucked in and froze the pulley block slider / tensioner mechanism. Hope it helps some.
